The Sten is a British submachine gun chambered in 9x19mm rounds.=====


The Sten, is a submachine gun that was produced by the Royal Small Arms Factory and it was added into service in the British Army for close range engagements. Although eventually replaced by its brother, the Sterling submachine gun, it still played a vital role in conflicts that happened from 1950-1970s. Many resistance members during World War 2 also used this for means of fighting against the Axis.


The Sten was a close range weapon that could take enemies down in close range with ease. Although being an SMG in real life, it was in the Personal Defense Weapon category in-game before it was removed before Beta was released. This gun was released and taken out of the game in Alpha.

It had a fixed rear EOTech sight which allowed the player to shoot with a modern sight instead of iron sights (Before attachments were introduced). Although it has a magazine on the side, in Phantom Forces it is held vertically, with the trigger being on the side which is a unique way of holding the gun.
