SCAR Family

The SCAR (Special Operation Forces Combat Assault Rifle) Family is a Belgian/American series of rifles.

Members of Family[]

Currently, there are five weapons that are members of the SCAR Family in Phantom Forces:

• The SCAR-L, an Assault Rifle unlocked at Rank 16.
• The SCAR-H, a Battle Rifle unlocked at Rank 30.
• The SCAR PDW, a Carbine unlocked at Rank 32.
• The HAMR IAR, a Light Machine Gun unlocked at Rank 72.
• The SCAR SSR, a Designated Marksman Rifle unlocked at Rank 85.

Trivia[]

• All SCAR weapons share the same pistol grip as the M4/M16 family.
  • This is probably due to the U.S military needing to standardize parts as the SCAR family were contenders to replace most M4/M16 based weapons in the U.S military.
• It is one of the two weapon families that can freely equip the PM II scope, the other being the AW Family.
  • However, the Type 20, can also equip the PM II for free.
